Del Norte offers a wide variety of fitness classes. With over 50 scheduled classes per week - there is literally a class offering for every person, of any fitness level. We offer several formats of aqua, cycle, strength and yoga on a daily basis. There are even several classes for those seeking a slower paced environment, while still building strength and flexibility. Our instructors at Del Norte are the best of the best. With vast experience, background and knowledge, you can feel confident knowing that your instructor can help you reach your fitness goals.
