Checking In & Guests

How do I get into the club?

CHECK IN FIRST

Everyone (staff, members, guests, and people dropping children off for lessons and camps) must check-in at the Front Desk before proceeding beyond the gate. If just accompanying a child to lessons, the child’s guardian needs to sign a waiver and release of liability (no guest fee needed if only observing the lesson).

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Each member over the age of 5 months will receive a membership card and have their photo taken after becoming a member of Del Norte. These cards must be presented each visit to gain access to the facilities. The membership card is the key to the enjoyment of the club facilities. Please help us maintain the integrity of the membership by having each member present the card whenever they visit. We ask for the membership cards for the following reasons:

 Member safety and security  Member identification  Helps keep our children safe  Curbs non-member use  Enables staff to match a name with a face

Replacement card fee is $5.

Can I bring a guest?

GUESTS

The guest fee is $10 per visit for an adult and $8 per visit for a child (age 15 and under). Children under the age of one year will not be charged a guest fee. All guests must be checked in and fees paid upon arrival. Each guest must sign a liability waiver prior to using the facilities. Guests must be accompanied by their member host at all times. Members are expected to familiarize their guests with the rules. Unruly or disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund of paid guest fees.

Guests 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by a sponsoring member age 18 or older or another guest who is their parent/legal guardian and is 18 years of age or older. The sponsoring member or the guest’s parent/legal guardian must be present at check-in and remain on-site at all time.

Can I borrow a towel or locker for the day?

LOCKERS/TOWELS

“Day” lockers and towels are available (without charge) to all members. Locker Rooms are located by the indoor pool and the outdoor pool. Keys for the indoor pool lockers will be issued upon check-in at the Front Desk. Please return locker key to the Front Desk after use each day. Poolside day lockers require a member supplied padlock. The staff will remove any padlocks left on the day locker on a regular basis. Permanent lockers are available for rent in the outdoor poolside locker rooms.

Please return towels to the Front Desk.

Can I rent a locker long term?

Poolside day lockers require a member supplied padlock. The staff will remove any padlocks left on the day locker on a regular basis. Permanent lockers are available for rent in the outdoor poolside locker rooms.

Lockers in this area can be rented for $5 per month. The fee is charged to your membership account. Please check with the Front Desk for locker availability. Play it safe and keep all your valuables at home or secured in your vehicle. Del Norte is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Where can I lock up my bike/scooter?

BICYCLES & SCOOTERS

In order to keep the club entrance clear, it is necessary that all bikes be walked to the bike racks located by the spa. Del Norte is not responsible for the loss of a member’s or visitor’s bicycle or other articles brought into the club. To ensure against possible theft, it is suggested that bikes be locked to the racks. All parents are asked to please instruct their children to put their bikes in the racks and not leave them anywhere else on the premises.

Skateboards and scooters are not permitted inside the club or club parking lot. Riding skateboards, scooters, and bicycles inside the club grounds is strictly prohibited.

Can I reserve space for an event at Del Norte?

We are not currently reserving any area of our club for member events (Birthday Parties, Sports Team Gatherings, Etc.). Members are welcome to bring guests and pay the applicable guest fees to use the club. The club areas will remain on a first come first serve basis.
