Yoga Power Flow
Power Flow is a dynamic, strength-driven style of yoga that builds heat through continuous, intentional movement. Postures are linked with breath to create a steady, energizing flow that challenges both body and mind. This practice emphasizes strength, stamina, and stability while still cultivating flexibility and mindful awareness. Expect purposeful transitions, longer holds, and moments that ask you to stay present and powerful. You will leave feeling grounded, energized, and empowered, building a resilient practice that supports you both on and off the mat.

Stable & Strong
This overall strength and balance workout is designed specifically for the needs of senior exercisers. We offer back-to-back classes on Wednesday and Friday. Please choose one OR the other. Members may NOT attend both classes.

Yoga Sculpt
When muscle strengthening is combined with yoga poses, that’s when yoga sculpt is born! Yoga sculpt is a class created to give you a workout that combines strength and cardio exercises with traditional practice to give you a full body workout. Yogis of all levels can gain from the higher calorie burn as well as the chance to develop strength and push their physical limits.

Yoga
Refresh the mind and body using easy-to-follow poses and combinations. This class is for all levels, offering modifications for those just starting their yoga practice, while also being suitable for more conditioned yogis that are looking for advanced instruction.
