Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with our site, we may collect:
- Waiver and liability release information: name, signature, date, and related fields collected when you complete a digital liability waiver, through our member engagement platform.
- Program registration information: name, contact details, participant age (for minors enrolled in classes), and program preferences, collected through our online intake forms for swim lessons, CPR classes, camps, and similar programs.
- Fitness class and event participation data: attendance records for classes, tennis, pickleball, swim programs, and club events, used to track participation and manage space and capacity requirements.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Confirm liability waivers have been signed and enforce access accordingly
- Process registrations for lessons, camps, and other programs
- Communicate with you about your membership, registrations, or requests
- Understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
Member account and billing access
Our website includes a link to Club Automation, our club management system. This is a plain hyperlink that takes you to Club Automation’s own website; Club Automation is operated by a third party and maintains its own privacy policy governing the information collected and processed within that portal. Data retention and deletion
We retain the personal information described in this policy indefinitely, unless you request that it be deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information directly within the Del Norte Club App (Profile > Settings > Delete Account), or by contacting us at web@delnorteclub.com or (916) 483-5111. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.
Location Data (Del Norte Club App)
The Del Norte Club app collects location data only after the user has granted permission. This includes background location access to support a core feature that detects when a user is near a facility location and enables a seamless check-in experience by prompting access to their access card barcode. Location data is processed on device to trigger relevant notifications and is not stored by the app, nor is it stored on our servers or shared with any third parties. Users can manage or disable location permissions at any time through their device settings.

Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics, including:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager): help us understand aggregate site traffic and usage patterns. These do not identify you personally.
