BodyVive / Tone
BodyVive is the perfect class for anyone who wants a low-impact aerobic exercise that will burn calories and improve your strength. This class will also help with your agility, balance, core strength, flexibility, hearth and lung health too! BodyVive is a great way to get in shape at a steady pace without having a high-impact workout routine.

BodyXtreme
Come ready for a high-energy workout and leave feeling accomplished and strong. This boot camp “ish” class will use weights (optional), floor exercises, plyometrics, and standing movements that will work all major muscle groups of the body. We will incorporate cardio, strength and toning into this 45 minute class. BodyXtreme will be a circuit class, with timed stations and shorter rest periods. If you want to burn fat fast and tone your body, BodyXtreme is for you!

Are you ready for a high-energy, instructor-led cycle class with great music to burn tons of calories? Then this class is for you! This overall strength and balance workout is designed specifically for the needs of senior exercisers. We offer back-to-back classes on Wednesday and Friday. Please choose one OR the other. Members may NOT attend both classes.

An active class using different travel patterns to maximize the resistance of the water. Water Walking is a very basic, low-impact, light-intensity workout using the natural resistance of the water to strengthen the core, increase balance, coordination and flexibility. A good class for training at any level.

Yoga Power Flow

Yoga Sculpt
When muscle strengthening is combined with yoga poses, that’s when yoga sculpt is born! Yoga sculpt is a class created to give you a workout that combines strength and cardio exercises with traditional practice to give you a full body workout. Yogis of all levels can gain from the higher calorie burn as well as the chance to develop strength and push their physical limits.

Do you have group exercise classes?
Can my child attend group exercise?Group exercise classes are offered seven days a week at various times. The current schedule and class descriptions are available online or at the front desk. You can get to know our instructors here.
Juniors must be at least 13 years of age to take classes, unless otherwise specified.
No food or drinks are allowed on the group exercise floor or equipment, except for water bottles.
Proper workout attire is mandatory and must be worn at all times, including shirts and gym shoes. Street clothes or swimming attire are not permitted. Members may be asked to leave if not dressed appropriately.
Do I need to reserve a spot for the group exercise classes?
The only group exercise classes that require a reservation are Cycle (spin) classes and BodyPump.
All other group exercise classes are available for drop-in and do not require a reservation.
What are the ages for Tip Top Teens (TTT)?
Del Norte offers two distinct programs for juniors to learn how to use the fitness center.
Tip Top Teens (ages 9–12): Our Youth TTT will give kids a basic introduction to fitness and exercise. This class is designed to give kids experience with the cardio machines and with some exercises and stretches. Ages 9–12 can use the fitness center only while accompanied by their parents.
Tip Top Teens (ages 13–15): The Junior TTT program is designed to teach teens how to use the fitness equipment and other basic fitness information. Teens will receive a personalized workout and can use the fitness center unsupervised as long as a parent or guardian (18+) remains on the Del Norte premises at all times.
What areas of the gym do Tip Top Teens have access to?
- Ages 9–12 can use the cardio machines along with the stretching equipment.
- Ages 13–15 can use the weight machines, cardio equipment, and the stretching equipment.
Do I have to be in the gym with my child?
Do I have to be in the gym with my child? Once a teen has completed the Tip Top Teen program:
- Ages 9–12 may use the fitness center while accompanied by their parents.
