Come ready for a high-energy workout and leave feeling accomplished and strong. This boot camp “ish” class will use weights (optional), floor exercises, plyometrics, and standing movements that will work all major muscle groups of the body. We will incorporate cardio, strength and toning into this 45 minute class. BodyXtreme will be a circuit class, with timed stations and shorter rest periods.
