Del Norte offers a very unique program designed for our 60+ members. The Better Half Program has classes designed for the senior exerciser as well as social events and “clubs within the club”.
While most of our Group Fitness classes can be modified for each individual, we have developed specific classes that fit the needs of our senior members. Better Half classes include:
- Stable & Strong
- Tai Chi
- Aquatic Fitness Classes
- & More
Our “clubs within the Club” are a great way to get to know your fellow members better and help to build friendships to help keep you motivated to exercise. For more information, see our Assistant Club Director.
Better Half Activities
We host several social clubs within the Better Half program. Regular clubs include our Book Club that meets monthly on the third Friday of the month at 12:30pm in the Group Exercise Room.
