Les Mills Classes

Del Norte proudly features the following Les Mills™ classes:

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is a resistance-based or weight training class that utilizes barbells, hand weights, and bands to strengthen and tone your entire body. It is adjustable for all levels.

BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, body, and life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of tai chi, and pilates.

RPM

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intesity. It’s fun and low impact. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey.

BODYVIVE/TONE

BODYVIVE/TONE™ is a low impact aerobic exercise that will burn calories and helps with agility, balance, core strength, flexibility, heart, and lung health. 

SPRINT

SPRINT™ is a High Intensity Interval Training workout using spin bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of traiing where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your phsical and mental limits.

We offer a wide variety of specialty classes such as Cardio Kicker, Vinyasa Yoga, Body Blast, AB Blast, Spin,  Tai Chi, and Stable & Strong which is a senior specific class.

AB BLAST

AB BLAST helps tone your abs and develop core strength using a variety of exercises such as planks, sit-ups, and more.

BODY XTREME

BODY XTREME is a circuit class that uses weights, floor exercises, plyometrics, and standing movements that work all major muscle groups of the body. Cardio, strength, and toning are incorporated with timed stations and shorter rest peroids.

FREESTYLE SPIN

FREESTYLE SPIN is an energizing, engaging, cardio spin class suitable for everbody. Freestyle Spin will keep you guessing with everything from interval sprints to flat rides and hill climbs.

STABLE & STRONG

STABLE & STRONG is an overall strength and balance workout designed specifically for the needs of senior exercisers.

BODY BLAST

BODY BLAST is intervals of cardio drills, strength training, balance and core stabilization using balls, weights, bands, steps and BOSU balance trainers.

CARDIO KICKER

CARDIO KICKER incorporates large movements combined with fast paced exercises to make for one sweaty, intense workout. It’s the perfect workout for anyone looking for cardio with high and low impact movements.

YOGA

YOGA will refresh your mind and body using easy to follow poses and combinations. Helps increase flexibility, concentration, and relaxation.

TAI CHI

TAI CHI is an ancient martial art conditioning class focusing on concentration, strength, coordination, relaxation, and balance.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Our dynamic group of instructors teach a variety of classes from traditional classes using noodles and handbars, to water walking and higher intensity classes with jumping and treading. 

WATER WALKING

WATER WALKING  is an active class using different travel patterns to maximize the resistance of the water. It’s a good class for training at any level.

WATER IN MOTION (WIM)

WIM is an aqua exercise workout that provides a low impact, high-energy challenge. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body.

FULL BODY AQUA

FULL BODY AQUA uses the noodles to learn transitions and holds to maximize core workout. Varying intensities
to regulate cardio/core training. Includes range of motion exercises to increase flexibility.

CARDIO INTERVAL

CARDIO INTERVAL assists with weight loss and improves cardio respiratory fitness.  This class incorporates an interval training method with short periods of higher intesisty exercise followed by recovery periods.

AQUA COMBO

AQUA COMBO has a variety of styles, intensities, and equipment designed to provide a great workout every time.

AQUA CIRCUIT

AQUA CIRCUIT is composed of cycles of cardio alternated with cycles of muscle strengthening with equipment. A classic aqua workout for everyone!

AQUA POWER

AQUA POWER teaches how to add power to basic water moves and burn calories in the large muscles. Whole body strength training and stretching is also included.
