Del Norte Club in Arden-Arcade features a fitness center complete with the latest generation cardio and resistance equipment. We feature cardio machines including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, stair climbers, and rowing ergometers. We have a full resistance circuit with the selectorized equipment from Technogym. The free weight section includes many of the most popular free weight exercises in the industry.
Our fitness staff is required to maintain a nationally recognized certification, hold degrees in related disciplines, and are active in continuing education. Each has their own specialties and are available by appointment.
Fit For Life Program
The Fit For Life program is included for all adult members. The program consists of two appointments that will help get you started in the Fitness Center and keep track of your progress towards your fitness goals.
Your first appointment includes a review of your medical history, body composition analysis, and a fitness test to determine your baseline fitness level.
The second appointment allows you the opportunity to delve into a personalized personal training session with your trainer.
Junior Fitness Programs
With childhood obesity reaching epidemic levels, Del Norte offers two distinct programs for juniors to learn how to use the fitness center.
Tip Top Teens (ages 9-12): Our Youth TTT will give kids a basic introduction to fitness and exercise. This class is designed to give kids experience with the cardio machines and with some exercises and stretches. Ages 9-12 can only use the fitness center while accompanied by their parents.
Tip Top Teens (ages 12-15): The Junior TTT program is designed to teach teens how to use the fitness equipment and other basic fitness information. Teens will receive a personalized workout and can use the fitness center unsupervised as long a parent or guardian 18 years+ remains on the Del Norte premises at all times.
More and more people are enlisting the help of professional, personal trainers to assist them in reaching their goals. Our staff of trainers meet strict guidelines for education and certification and are an excellent resource for the members.
