Del Norte OCTOBER FIT 2019 begins Monday, October 21 through Friday, November 1. October Fit is small group personal training for men and women that is designed to help you meet your fitness goals with the guidance of a personal trainer and the fun of being part of a group! Register at the Front Desk by Wednesday, October 16. Space is limited and will go quickly! There are two groups to choose from:
Pump ‘n Spice Up Your Fall Workout with Annie Klee
This group training class will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00-11:00am. Pump ‘n Spice is high intensity interval training (HIIT) with cardio and strength. Happy Hour with Taylor Clifton
Happy Hour will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 5:30-6:30pm. There are 7 spots available in this boot camp style training class.The cost is $45 per session or you can sign up for all six sessions and save!
