Let’s start the year with health! Healthy hearts and healthy bodies. From January 1st through February 15th, you can earn prizes when you complete fitness classes.

The February Fitness Challenge has begun! Our Del Norte Masters Swimmers have finished in the top 10 clubs in the country for this swim challenge in the past, and we look forward to seeing how we can do this year! Swim 28 days in February, 100,000 yards, or any goal in between! Whether your goal is to get daily workouts, improve techniques, train for open water swims and triathlons, meet new members, or a combination of it all, we are ready for you!

To register for the official, international challenge, click HERE. You can also participate in our Del Norte version by picking up a punch card at the Front Desk or emailing Masters Swim Coach, Elisa Reuter, at elisar@delnorteclub.com for a swim log if you would like to help keep track of your yards. Complete all 28 days or 100,000 yards and win a Del Norte Swim cap! Set a yardage goal for yourself and if you complete that goal by February 28, you’ll win a Del Norte t-shirt. Please turn in all completed punch cards and yardage forms to the Front Desk by March 1.

Need a night off to kick back and relax kid-free? Well you are in luck! Del Norte is offering a Kids Night Out on Saturday, February 12, from 4-8pm! This Kids Care is for ages 3-12. Fun crafts, games, and dinner are all included!

On February 12th and 13th we’ll be having a BodyPump New Release Party! Check out the release party schedule below. We’ll be serving refreshments and finger foods (fruit/bagels) after BodyPump each of those days. The Aqua Class schedule will remain the same.

Our Early Bird Book Club will be held the third Friday of every month at 12:30pm in the Group Exercise Room. If you would like to join, please email Sarah Eaton, at sarahe@delnorteclub.com to be added to the Book Club list. The books chosen for February and March are:

Our Presidents Week Camp is coming up! It will run February 21-25 from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. We’ll be hosting our very own DN Olympics with fun filled goofy games, special snacks, and crafts each day. Camp Packets with all the details and registration forms are available at the Front Bulletin board.
