Come join Del Norte’s Tennis and Pickleball Director Rob Kendall for an hour of explosive high energy tennis training. No experience is needed and the class is fit for all levels of play. Ultra-Fit Tennis includes fast paced hitting drills, footwork exercises, strength and core exercises, dynamic stretching and more. No registration is needed, just show up with a yoga mat and a racquet (if you don’t have a racquet, Rob can lend you one for the class).
