Spring is here and sooner or later it is going to heat up outside and on the courts at Del Norte! We have a lot on the Tennis Calendar for May, starting with a new class called “ULTRA FIT TENNIS”! This class will begin with some dynamic stretching and a few laps, then dive into quick paced hitting, footwork drills, strength and core exercises, line drills (little sprints with lots of bending), and of course some more stretching to finish up! This class will be held by Rob every Wednesday morning in May from 9:30-10:30 am on court 6. There is no fee for this class for Del Norte Members. Tennis shoes are better than running shoes for this class, if possible.
