This month we are introducing Les Mills TONE! Formerly known as BODYVIVE, this program has been redesigned to be more effective, more challenging, and more modern! Increase energy, get lean and toned, and feel fit and healthy with this complete workout! TONE kicks off on Monday, April 16 at 9:45am and 4:15pm and will continue in place of BODYVIVE on the Group Ex Schedule.
