Did you know that we have a Boot camp class on Saturdays? Boot camps are the perfect combination of cardio, strength, and agility work, all while having fun and enjoying the great outdoors for part of the class (weather permitting!). We have a rotation of 3 awesome instructors, so every class is different and it’s the perfect start to your weekend! We meet Saturday mornings at 9:45am. Check it out!
