Frank received his Bachelors Degree in Health & Physical Education from Bob Jones University in 1983. He then continued his education and received a Masters Degree in Sports Management from The Ohio State University in 1985. Frank started his career in Sports Club Management at the CompuServe Corporate Fitness Center in 1984. He worked with Club Corporation of America from 1986 to 1997. During this time he moved to Beijing, China to serve as the Athletic Club Manager for the Capitol Club and he also did some consulting work in Bangkok, Thailand. After returning to the United States, Frank helped the management teams at various athletic, dining and country clubs in Northern California. From 1997 to 2004 he was the General Manager and Vice President of Paradigm Sports Clubs. He then served as the General Manager at Broadstone Racquet Club and the Natomas Racquet Club for Spare Time Clubs in Sacramento.
