We are so excited to offer a small group training program for our Del Norte women! Sessions will be taught by our Personal Trainers, Annie Klee and Taylor Clifton. We will offer classes four days per week for four weeks and will cover basic weight training, form, repetitions, and sets to get you leaner faster. The cost of the program is $320 for all four weeks. The first session starts Monday, September 10.
Cardio is great for your heart and increasing your fitness level, but muscles are necessary to change your body for life!
