Interested in training on the Pilates Reformer? Pilates trains all of the muscles of the body to gain strength in the manner they were designed to perform. Pilates has helped people gain strength, flexibility, and mobility without pain. Pilates exercises can be done on the floor (Pilates Mat) or on the Pilates Reformer. Del Norte can now offer more personal instruction on the reformer!
