We are also excited to offer the Les Mills formula, BODYVIVE™. BODYVIVE™ is a 55-minute class, integrating aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work all choreographed to popular, mainstream hits from the 60's and 70's.

Aquatic Exercise Classes
Del Norte also features one of the most comprehensive Aqua Fitness programs available in Sacramento. With over 20 classes available per week in our heated, indoor pool, there is a class to meet everyone's needs and schedule. Low-impact water workouts combine cardiovascular exercises and strength training, with little risk of injury. Water provides 12 times more resistance than air resulting in movements being more challenging, requiring muscles to work harder, burning calories, and toning the muscles. Water classes are also safe. Our pool is only chest deep, so swimmers and non-swimmers alike can enjoy the classes.
Our dynamic group of instructors teach a variety of classes from traditional classes using noodles and handbars, to water walking and higher intensity classes with jumping and treading. We also offer a specialty water class, Aqua Rx, designed as a low intensity class focusing on stretching and strengthening for members who may have trouble with traditional exercise classes.
