Group Exercise Director
Judy Harrison is the Group Fitness Director at Del Norte and has been a fitness professional for over 12 years. She is AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) certified and also holds certifications in yoga, stability ball training, arthritis, senior training with SNFA (National Senior Fitness Association), and Les Mills International (Body Pump, Body Vive). She has completed Pilates reformer training with Stamina and The Pilates Coach.
“It’s not what you can do when you’re 60 but what you do when you’re 30, 40 and 50 that makes a difference in your general health and longevity outlook. Exercising and eating what’s good for you is at least as important as avoiding what’s bad for you.” Judy lives and leads by her examples. She is married with 3 grown daughters and 4 grandkids – and her favorite activity is ACTIVITY! Judy looks forward to sharing active time with you at Del Norte!
